Blog Closing

I don't have time to really update these anymore. It was fun at the time, but I've got better things to do.

Vantage Sword

Nothing special about this one, just another sword to add to their N-Force line.

New Vendetta Sword

Nerf is stepping up their game with another melee system. It features the ability to lock into a double bladed sword, similar to Darth Maul's from Star Wars. It is said to be around four and a half feet long.

Yankdogger7's opinions: "I'm not a fan of the N-force line. Nothing really caught my eye with this line. It can also be a lack of taste, but the 'futuristic' effect Nerf skews to just doesn't have that connection to melee weaponry. But Nerf will be Nerf and they just aren't getting the money out of my pockets at least. Have fun with this one kids, or adults if you're still into this kinda stuff."

100 Dart Refills!!!

There's not much to say, besides that Nerf is going to have some 100 dart refill packs. Let's just give Yankdogger7 the floor on what he thinks of this. There's also an N-Strike logo "patch" included.

Yankdogger7's Opinions: "Finally, I've been wanting something like this for a LONG time! I've been needing a ton more streamlines, and I didn't want to buy the small packs, because it'll cost a good amount of money. I also didn't want to buy the one with the ammo box, because it was useless and a waste of money. Looks like Nerf has seen exactly what we want. More darts! Even if the price is a little high, it'll still be worth the buy."

Thanks to Urban Taggers for the find and the picture.

New Paint Scheme for the Maverick!

Nerf is on the road to have a new paint scheme...once again. Although instead of just different colors, there are also some cool orange and black details on different areas. This is the same paint scheme is the new Super Soaker line (pictures below for comparison), but just with the extra details. We have yet to know if other blasters will start to have this paint scheme.

Yankdogger7's Opinions: "This paint scheme is pretty cool, but again, it's another marketing technique in order to make you buy more blasters. It's worth it if you are desperately in love with this paint scheme, don't have a Maverick (or whatever blaster was repainted), or just have some extra cash. But other than that, there really isn't a reason to buy this if you already have the older version of it."

Here are some pictures, thanks to Urban Taggers for the pictures, and I edited some to make it look nicer. The last picture is one of the new Super Soakers.
